From very ancient times, man tried to improve the taste of food by adding spices, oil, honey, herbs and herbal extracts, salt and the like. Good cook is an artist because he knows how to season food by adding savoury ingredients giving them unique taste and flavour in order to create a memorable dish. However, the fast paced lives make us less and less aware of the Art of Cuisine replacing the creation of dishes with ready mixtures offered in abundance by the food industry.

Food industry developed the demand for ready to use combinations of flavourings. This started the process of flavour creation.

Aroma laboratory, which employs the best specialists in Poland, creators of savoury flavours, designs "taste and smell". Technologists develop proper physical shape, which they give to the flavour. Flavour is admitted to the market and trading after going through control procedures (PZH). We create flavours for pastries and pastry products, food extracts, dairy products, alcoholic and alcohol-free drinks, coffee and tea as well as for convenience foods and cold meats, mustards, ketchups, and savoury sauces. Flavours can be made in a form of fluid or powder. We also make food sprinklers: dry sprinklers having beckon, cheese or pizza flavour and sweet flavours (chocolate, strawberry, orange...) for flavouring chips, snacks and crisps.
